Paleo Dare Tamalpais CrossFit in San Rafael

Paleo Dare starts tomorrow, March 15th and ends April 25th. Just like CrossFit, this dare is modifiable. If going full Paleo is too big of a step for you, you can take baby steps. Use this dare to eliminate sugar, grains or dairy, all of which will further your athletic performance. Some people will be going full Paleo except for the one thing they cannot live with out, for me, that will be soymilk in my coffee. The good thing is that we will all be here to support each other no matter what level of Paleo you decide to go with.
Participating people can find their name on the whiteboard by the cubbies. Next time you are in the gym, please note the level of Paleo you have chosen (Paleo, Paleo except for_____ , no sugar, no grains, ect). Together, we will do our best to eat clean for the next 6 weeks. Remember, if you don’t make it an entire day eating at the level of Paleo you have chosen, then you do not get a star next to your name. At the end of this six- week dare there will be a workout to reflect your total number of star-less days.
