Everyone is welcome in the Beginner Classes! These will teach the foundational moves of CrossFit and contain an awesome work out!

PRICING

1 year package- $150 per month, unlimited classes

6 month package- $165 per month, unlimited classes

Month to month- $180 per month, unlimited classes

Student package- $125 per month, unlimited classes

Experienced CrossFitters welcome- $20 drop in fee or purchase a T-shirt

New CrossFit students will begin with a minimum of (but not limited to) three beginner classes. These classes will teach you the 9 foundational moves of CrossFit, as well as, a basic understanding of the Olympic lifts.

The classes are listed on our class schedule.  The fee for a two weeks of unlimited, beginner classes is $50.  Once you have completed the beginner classes you may choose one of the above packages.

If you can not make the scheduled beginner classes, one of our trainers will be happy to work one on one with you.
