Class Schedule is Changing

In order to make your TCF class experience the best it can be, we have decided to change the schedule around a wee bit starting March 1st, 2010.

No More 8:30 AM Class
9:30 AM Monday, Wednesday, Friday Class added
5:30 PM Class is now 6 PM Monday through Friday

Veggie Fritters

Ingredients
2/3 cup sweet potato, grated 1⁄2 cup carrot, grated 1⁄2 cup zucchini, grated and squeezed 1⁄2 cup green peas 1⁄2 cup almond meal 2 eggs Salt and Pepper Coconut oil

Scrambled Eggs with Veggies

Ingredients
2 spring onions, chopped 1tsp oil 1⁄2 carrot, finely chopped 2 broccolini stalks, finely chopped 2 asparagus stalks, finely chopped 3 eggs Salt and pepper

Grilled Garlic Mushrooms with Bacon

Ingredients
2cups sliced mushrooms 3 rashes bacon, finely chopped 3tbs parsley, finely chopped 3tbs olive oil 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped Salt and Pepper

3 eggs 2tbs chives, finely chopped 1cup sliced mushrooms 1tbs oil 1tbs pine nuts Salt and pepper
