Below is a brief history of Olympic Weightlifting which is a big part of CrossFit. I was shocked to read the last sentence stating that women’s Oly lifting has only been in the Olympics since 2000… that is only 10 years ago… wow!!

about a 16 oz. salmon filet (wild caught)
3/4 shallots, diced
3 cloves garlic, mince
2 tsp. olive oil
