1 3/4 lbs ground bison or grass fed beef
1/2 onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups chopped celery

1 bunch asparagus
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp thyme
Instructions
Remove the tough ends off of the asparagus.
Place in a roasting pan
Drizzle the oil and thyme over the asparagus and toss together until well coated.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 250 for 15 more minutes.

10 oz lean ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tomato
2 c. chopped lettuce

Wash and cut broccoli crowns off stem
heat 1 TBLS of sesame oil (use hot sesame oil if you like spicy)
add broccoli, season with garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and a dash of Bragg Liquid Aminos
